How much do I need to pay?
You need to pay the amount advertised on the booking site. If you wish another method of payment you can contact us to discuss alternatives.
What if I need to change my booking?
We can cancel* your booking or change the dates. Please be advised that this will be subject to the hotel's availability and the rate may be subject to change depending on the dates selected.
What do I need to do at the hotel?
We do not provide your credit card details to any other party. Most hotels will require you to present your hotel voucher which is confirmation of your stay and your credit card.
The credit card is normal security for hotels and relates to any additional items you purchase at the hotel (mini-bar, restaurant etc).

We make every effort to check the information stated on all bookings and description of hotels and photographs. Whilst every effort is made we cannot guarantee that there may be an error or fault with the site. Any discrepancy will be changed as soon as reported to ensure the site is free or errors or any faults. The information recommended in our travel itineraries is all editorially based, we accept not payment from companies wishing to promote their service.
Do you charge a booking fee?
No, the rate advertised is inclusive of all taxes and no additional fee is charged.
What if I need to cancel?
You can email us as soon as you are unable to travel and we will cancel the booking. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions as some hotel policies differ. We charge a flat $A10 cancellation fee to cover transactions.
Liability:
Our accommodation is supplied via hotel inventory. We trust that the hotel has not over-supplied their inventory. We make all efforts to check your booking prior to check-in to ensure your requests and booking are being met.
We do not accept liability for any accommodation provider who over-sells their inventory.
